Optical Shop, Lenses and Contacts

The Anderson Center for Sight has been providing quality eye care for over 50 years to Madison County and surrounding areas (Anderson, Middletown, Chesterfield, Edgewood, Daleville, Fortville, Lapel, Frankton, Pendleton, Yorktown, Alexandria, Elwood, Markleville, Shirley, Mechanicsburg, and Noblesville). We are conveniently located at 1931 Brown Street in Anderson, Indiana. For your convenience we have evening hours on Mondays and are open until 7pm, we are also open during the lunch hours.

Our optical lab can produce all types of lenses including single vision, lined bifocal, and progressive (no-line bifocals). We can even make prescription sunglasses with the option of polarized or transition lenses. Because we provide in-house edging, most prescriptions are available within 2 days.

Both members of our optical staff have worked at the Anderson Center for Sight for over ten years. They love their job and are happy to help personalize your eyeglass purchasing experience. We have a low re-fit rate secondary to our optician's expertise.

We have some of the lowest fit fees in Madison county, and offer same day trial lenses for most standard prescriptions including toric (astigmatism) lenses and presbyopia (bifocal) lenses. We fit rigid gas permeable contacts on an individual basis.
